Michael & Candida invite everyone to share with them Vocal Toning,
a powerful tool for manifesting peace and harmony within our selves
and
thus transmit those healing intentions to friends and family around the world.
Michael Ormiston is
David Attenborough’s Acclaimed wildlife series Planet
Earth, & heard in concert by H.H. the Dalai Lama. He is the only European
blessed to teach the basic practices of Mongolian Khöömii.
For the past twelve years Michael has led workshops, evenings & therapy
sessions in Relaxation, Meditation & Deep Listening using Tibetan Singing
Bowls, Gongs & sacred sound instruments.
Candida Valentino began studying sound therapy in 1991, working with toning, overtone
singing and voice work as a tool for healing.
She trained with Chris James & completed The Power
of Sound Teacher Training in 1999. Candida studied Mongolian Khöömii singing with Michael Ormiston
in 1999 and is probably the only European woman to sing the Khargiraa
undertone style of throat singing.
She uses healing sounds in individual sessions and in
concerts in the UK & Europe.
Candida is now performing Khöömii
and Khargiraa in the Royal Shakespeare’s production
of The Tempest.
