Tibetan singing bowls ring with an ancient power that is a mystery to most of us. They have their roots in the animistic/shamanic religions of the Nepalese/Tibetan border area of the Himalayas where master craftspeople fashioned the bowls from seven or five metals.
The six evening classes will
be an experiential journey through the sounds of the bowls,
their history and use in meditation/relaxation and deep listening
practices.
Attendees will learn the
techniques of making the bowls ring and sing in a relaxed and
friendly environment and
have the opportunity to receive
and take part in Singing Bowl sound massage/meditations
